If you are looking to lose weight, or need a jumpstart getting back in shape, our coaches will provide the knowledge and hands-on training to help you become and remain fit. Whether recovering from an injury or surgery or aiming to reach a particular goal in a particular timeframe, our staff has a wealth of training experience and knowledge to put you in the right path.

Since joining the Platinum family in 2015, I have always been able to reach my targets with the guidance of the helpful staff, and the ability to stay active in a friendly and safe environment. Whether it's a personal training session, fitness class, or outdoor activity, one can rest assured that there's always a challenge waiting, helping you reach the next level, step by step. Adaptations have always been provided to cater for any possible injury / condition which helped me recover faster and come back stronger.

I turned 43 and not doing much exercise. A good friend of mine convinced me to join the fitness classes and after three years I’m hooked, extremely motivated and excited for each class. PLATINUM is unapologetically infused with so many positive vibes. The variety keeps it fresh mixing cardio with strength, the trainers are positive and FUN and Daniel’s eye for detail is second to none. Most of all, the classes are designed for all and if you think you can’t do all the moves or have an injury, they’ll help you modify. I’ve truly found my fitness home.

Prior to meeting Daniel and joining the Platinum community, I was very averse to anything fitness-related. Over-stressed at work, eating badly, grossly overweight and unhappy with my image, getting hardly any exercise and with no will or desire to change things. In the classic vein of a vicious circle, the more unhappy I felt about the state of things, the deeper I sank in the hole I was digging for myself. Joining Platinum showed me that whatever your fitness level, no matter how overweight and no matter how difficult your situation is, the journey for a new you is not an impossible one. Platinum is not a one size fits all approach - there is true individual attention, adaptation to your needs/particular situation or medical condition and most importantly an understanding cooperative environment that has sadly become so rare to find. Today, after five years of being a Platinum member, my perception to fitness has been utterly transformed. I feel and am healthier, leaner, more confident and my only regret is not having started this journey earlier. Daniel's knowledge & passion for health & fitness are unparalleled on the island. He's a true pleasure to work with and has been guiding me towards any goal I throw at him for many years now. His gym, Platinum in B'Kara, stands out from other gyms I've frequented for many reasons. One of them is that the gym is always just like it's in the photos: clean, orderly and a pleasure to train in. Furthermore, the two spaces offer a myriad of options with diversifying one's training. Functional open space upstairs, weights & machines downstairs. Couldn't recommend Daniel Zammit enough!

PLATINUM offers a wide range of SportsArt equipment. We are proud to be working alongside with SportsArt, who are innovators in modern fitness and a pioneers in green systems.

Our Personal Trainers are qualified and equipped with the knowledge to guide you in making the best choices in your daily meal plans. We also work with other sports nutritionists and dietitians to assist you in taking your nutrition plan to another level.

The use of showers are available to all our members.

We do not believe in a “One For All” principle. Every human being is different from one another and we consistently strive to teach, educate and support our clients individually to help them reach their goals.
