Experienced sport scientist and personal trainer with a demonstrated high ability of experience in the health and fitness industry. A competitive athlete in athletics (middle to long distance running) and obstacle course racing with years of experience training at a competitive level both locally and internationally. My aim is to inspire others to transform their lives with the power of sport and physical activity, help clients reach their potential and lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. A special quest close to my heart is to provide inured athletes a professional rehabilitation conditioning process, helping them return to their athletic pursuits. Through my years of experience as an athlete and trainer I aim to provide clients with the ultimate and personal goal-oriented fitness experience.
